Service Delivery Policy
College Kundli sells digital services only. No physical products are shipped, and there are no shipping charges.
How each service is delivered
- Call Wallet recharge: credited to your in-app wallet immediately after the payment is confirmed, usually within seconds.
- Paid calls: delivered as live voice calls inside the app, connected as soon as the guide accepts.
- Booked consultations: delivered as an in-app session with the guide you booked, starting once payment is confirmed and the guide joins.
