Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy covers payments made on College Kundli through Razorpay. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR).
1. Booked consultations
- Before you pay: you can cancel a consultation request at any time at no cost. Unpaid requests expire automatically after 30 minutes.
- After you pay, before the session starts: if you or the guide cancels, you receive a full refund, which is initiated automatically.
- Guide does not answer: if the guide does not pick up within 5 minutes of your paid session, it is cancelled and a full refund is initiated automatically.
- After the session has started: sessions that have started are not refundable, except for verified technical failures (see section 3).
2. Call Wallet recharges
- Wallet recharges are credited instantly and can be used for calls with any guide. Unused balance stays in your wallet and does not expire.
- You are charged only for connected talk time, billed per second. Calls that never connect cost nothing.
- Wallet balance is not refundable to your bank account or original payment method once credited, except for system billing errors or failed call connections verified by our logs.
- Promotional credits, such as rewards for watching a video, have no cash value and cannot be refunded or withdrawn.
- Balances forfeited for a serious breach of our Terms & Conditions are not refundable.
3. Billing errors, failed calls and failed payments
- If you were charged incorrectly or a paid call failed because of a fault on our side, email support@collegekundli.in within 7 days with your registered phone number and the Razorpay payment ID. We review it against our logs and, if approved, credit your wallet or refund your original payment method.
- If money was debited but your booking or recharge does not appear within 24 hours, contact us with the payment ID. We will either complete the credit or refund the amount.
4. Refund timelines
Approved refunds are initiated within 2 working days (automatic refunds are initiated immediately) and are returned to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers usually credit them within 5–7 working days of initiation.
